Newborn Casting Call

Baby casting call on Monday May 20th.

Baby needs to be between 5-15 days on day of photoshoot, unless otherwise approved.

Option of parent posing for afternoon time slot in addition to baby posing.

Session is complimentary and you will receive 3 high resolution digital images from your photoshoot with Chana Mirel Photography, in exchange for your time.

You will have the option of purchasing additional images.

Photo submission
Please submit a current full length photo of you and your spouse from within the past 3 months. This can be a cell phone image as long as it is clear. As well an image of baby

Consent

I have read the below description understand and agree to the privacy policy and affirm that everything is true.

1. Model will be between 5-15 days on May 20th.
2. I agree to find a babysitter for my other children if applicable
3. I understand these are posed photos only and will take place in the studio of Chana Mirel Photography for portfolio building purposes. Colors, props and posing etc. are at the discretion of the photographer.
4. All photographic materials, including but not limited to raw files, proofs and previews shall be the exclusive property of Chana Mirel Photography.
5. I agree to photo release all images allowing Chana Mirel Photography to use the images for all social media, marketing, advertising, promotional and commercial purposes.
6. Chana Mirel Photography retains discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the model.
7. If you or anyone in your household have been in direct contact with anyone in the last 2 weeks that tested positive, or is awaiting test results, you are required to disclose this information and reschedule your session in accordance with the 14 day quarantine recommended by the CDC. This is regardless of whether or not you, or anyone in your party are showing symptoms.
