Newborn Casting Call

Baby model/and or parents will need to be available on October 11th and/or October 12th for the entire time slot allotted on that day.

Morning time slot: baby posing only.
Afternoon time slot: there will be posing of baby and parents with baby as well. If you are singing up for this slot please make sure you are comfortable being in images.

Babies should be between 5-15 days old at the time of the shoot.

Session is complimentary and you will receive at least 3 high resolution digital images from the photoshoot with Chana Mirel Photography, in exchange for modeling and your time.

You will have the option of purchasing additional images.

Photo submission
Please submit a current photo of you and your family as well as a photo of baby, family photo can be from within the past 3 months. This can be a cell phone image as long as it is clear.

Consent

I have read the below description understand and agree to the privacy policy and affirm that everything is true.

1. I will be available to stay for the entire time slot together with baby (afternoon time slot husbands will be availabel as well for this entire time slot. ) I agree to find a babysitter to watch my other children if applicable.
2. These are posed photos only and will take place in the studio of Chana Mirel Photography.
3. The session is for portfolio building purposes. Colors, props and posing etc. are at the discretion of the photographer.
4. All photographic materials, including but not limited to raw files, proofs and previews shall be the exclusive property of Chana Mirel Photography.
5. I allow Chana Mirel Photography to use the images for but not limited to social media, marketing, advertising, promotional and commercial purposes.
6. Chana Mirel Photography retains discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the model.
7. I agree no one in my household has been in direct contact with anyone in the last 2 weeks that tested positive, or is awaiting test results, in accordance with the 14 day quarantine recommended by the CDC. This is regardless of whether or not you, or anyone in your party are showing symptoms.
